※Yarn:

We have innovated a unique temperature and humidity-controlled coating workshop where all yarns must undergo a 48-hour equilibration period to adapt to the environment. This ensures maximum yarn tension, contributing to the gloves’ abrasion resistance and tear strength.

For HPPE fibers, we particularly emphasize the quality of raw materials in the procurement process. We only source the most stable intermediate cut-grade HPPE fibers to ensure consistency in the cut level of the gloves.

For STEEL fiber, we procure higher-strength yet finer steel wire, guaranteeing both cut resistance and a softer, more comfortable feel.

※Glove Core Weaving:

We operate 300 weaving machines that can simultaneously meet the requirements for different gauges such as 10G, 13G, 15G, 18G, and 21G, as well as various materials for glove core weaving.

We export our glove cores year-round to countries such as Vietnam and Mexico, supplying glove core materials to renowned industrial glove brands worldwide.

※Production Lines:

Givensafety currently operates two factories and eight fully automated production lines, capable of meeting the diverse production needs of different dipped gloves, including nitrile smooth, nitrile foam, PU dip, latex wrinkle, and latex foam gloves.

We offer standard hand molds in sizes 6 to 11 and can adjust wrist lengths according to customer requirements or regional sizing standards. Notably, our nitrile dipping line and PU dipping line are operated in entirely separate workshops.

※Experienced Engineers:

Our factory’s rubber-dipping artisans all have over 5 years of rubber-dipping experience, dedicated to producing high-quality work gloves. They work directly on the production floor, familiar with potential defects that may arise during the dipping process.

※Quality Control:

We maintain a rigorous quality control system, with each step in the production process subject to inspection. Gloves that do not meet quality standards will not progress to the next manufacturing phase.

Before packaging, we subject every pair of gloves to a more stringent inspection, checking details such as water-wash labels, logos, seam stitching, hanging tags, and packaging bags to ensure that every pair of gloves is flawless and that customers can sell them without concerns.

Our typical delivery schedule ranges from 45 to 50 days, with 95% of orders being delivered on time, and sometimes even ahead of schedule.
