Why Choose Us?

Quality has remained at the forefront of our priorities, not restricted to the production process alone but embedded from the very inception of raw material acquisition. This dedicated approach guarantees the superior quality of our gloves, resulting in profound recognition from our customers and the end-users, thus facilitating enhanced profitability for our clients.

Our innovation includes an exclusive chamber with constant temperature and humidity for yarn covering. Yarns are balanced in this chamber for a minimum of 48 hours before covering, allowing them to acclimate to the environment and maximize tension. This, in turn, guarantees superior glove wear resistance and tear strength.

For HPPE fibers, we pay particular attention to raw material quality in the procurement phase. We exclusively acquire HPPE fibers with middle the most stable cut grade to maintain the stability of cut levels in our gloves during mass production.

For STEEL fiber, our procurement strategy centers on selecting steel wires with enhanced strength and finer dimensions. This approach simultaneously guarantees the necessary cut level and delivers a smoother, more comfortable glove texture.

※Gloves liner knitting

With 300 weaving machines at our disposal, we seamlessly cater to the weaving requirements for glove cores of different gauges, ranging from 10G to 21G, and various materials.

Our glove cores are celebrated for being soft, lightweight, and visually appealing, securing acclaim from renowned international brands.

※Imported Nitrile Rubber

Enhanced glove durability and tear resistance are achieved solely through the use of premium rubber materials.

Givensafety upholds this standard by incorporating imported rubber, such as nitrile rubber from Taiwan and Korea for nitrile gloves。

This strategic choice results in Givensafety gloves boasting an extended usage life, earning the trust of end-users, and helping our clients attract a more devoted consumer following.

※Production Lines

Givensafety’s current infrastructure includes two factories boasting eight fully automated production lines, ensuring the fulfillment of various coated glove manufacturing demands. These encompass nitrile gloves with smooth or textured finishes, nitrile foam gloves, PU-coated gloves, latex gloves with a wrinkled finish, and latex foam gloves.

Additionally, we offer standard glove molds ranging from size 6 to 11 and can customize wrist length to meet specific size requirements in different geographical regions. Notably, our nitrile and PU coating lines operate in entirely separate facilities.

※Experienced Workers

Our rubber-dipping craftsmen boast over half a decade of experience, specializing in the creation of top-notch work gloves.

Working tirelessly in the production workshop, they’ve honed their understanding of possible defects in gloves during the rubber-dipping process.

Their expertise allows them to proactively address quality concerns throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring the stability and outstanding quality of the gloves.

※Quality Control

At every stage of production, we implement a thorough quality control system, guaranteeing that any gloves falling short of our standards do not advance to subsequent manufacturing steps.

Before boxing, we conduct a thorough inspection of each pair of gloves, encompassing elements like water-wash labels, logos, edge stitching, hanging tags, and packaging bags.

We usually complete deliveries within 45-50 days, and a remarkable 95% of orders are either punctual or early.

With deep expertise in our products, the industry, and a wealth of over 15 years of export experience, our sales team is adept at navigating import policies and the required documentation in multiple countries. This ensures that our communication with clients is fast, efficient, and trouble-free.

Upon confirming an order, we maintain a practice of providing periodic updates on order progress to our clients.
