Why Choose Us?

Quality is our constant focus, and it permeates every aspect of our operation, beginning right from the sourcing of raw materials.

This unwavering commitment guarantees the excellence of our gloves, leading to substantial recognition from both our clients and the ultimate end-users, thereby assisting our customers in achieving elevated profits.

※Yarn

In the realm of yarn covering, we’ve established an exceptional temperature and humidity-constant workshop. Yarns spend a minimum of 48 hours in this workshop to balance and adapt to the environment before covering. This meticulous attention ensures that our gloves possess superior wear resistance and tear strength.

In the procurement of HPPE fibers, we go the extra mile in ensuring raw material quality. We meticulously source HPPE fibers with middle the most stable cut grade to guarantee the stability of cut levels in our gloves during large-scale production.

STEEL fiber procurement involves the selection of steel wires with greater strength and finer attributes. This choice ensures the desired cut level while enhancing the overall comfort and softness of our gloves.

※Gloves liner knitting

We have 300 weaving machines, all poised to fulfill the simultaneous weaving demands for glove cores with different gauges, spanning from 10G to 21G, and crafted from various materials. Our glove cores are renowned for their softness, lightness, and attractive appearance, receiving acknowledgment from renowned international brands.

※Imported Nitrile

To achieve greater wear resistance and tear resilience in gloves, it is imperative to employ top-tier rubber materials.

Givensafety exemplifies this by exclusively sourcing imported rubber, such as nitrile rubber from Taiwan and Korea for nitrile gloves, PFT rubber for PU gloves, and latex obtained from Thailand and Malaysia.

This strategic approach results in Givensafety gloves having an extended lifespan, winning the favor of end-users, and supporting our clients in expanding their base of devoted consumers.

※Production Lines

Givensafety’s current capabilities encompass two operational factories housing a total of eight fully automated production lines, tailored to meet diverse requirements in the production of coated gloves. These requirements span from nitrile gloves with smooth or textured finishes to nitrile foam gloves, PU-coated gloves, latex gloves with a wrinkled finish, and latex foam gloves.

In addition, we offer standard glove molds in sizes 6 to 11, with the flexibility to adjust wrist length according to customer or consumer specifications for varying regional size needs.

Importantly, our nitrile and PU coating lines are housed in distinct, segregated facilities.

※Experienced Workers

Our rubber dipping artisans have over 5 years of experience in rubber compounding and are committed to manufacturing top-notch work gloves.

They have consistently worked in the front-line production workshop, gaining a profound understanding of potential defects that may arise during the glove-dipping process.

They are well-versed in identifying and averting quality issues during the production process, ensuring the stability and excellence of the gloves.

※Quality Control

We maintain a strict quality control framework, with each production stage involving meticulous inspection to prevent subpar gloves from advancing.

Before they are boxed, we subject each glove to a comprehensive examination, including scrutiny of water-wash labels, logos, edge stitching, hanging tags, and packaging bags.

※Leadtime

Most orders are completed within 45-50 days, with an impressive 95% meeting their delivery deadlines, some even in advance.

※Professional sales team

Backed by their comprehensive knowledge of our products, industry insights, and more than 15 years of export experience, our sales team is well-acquainted with the import policies and necessary documentation in different countries. This assures that communication with our clients is both rapid and efficient.

After order confirmation, our practice involves routinely sharing order progress updates with our clients. We go the extra mile by aiding them in booking cargo space, arranging shipping, and providing the necessary customs clearance documents. Our aim is to provide customers with a hassle-free experience in their collaboration with us.
